Role and Responsibilities

The Expedition chef works on a contract basis to provide meals for retreats and camping trips. Chefs are responsible for shopping for ingredients, prep, cooking, and serving. Group size ranges from 10 to 48.

      Shop for ingredients within given budget ($ per person per meal)

      Cook meals for retreats at a luxury mountain lodge (lodging provided)

      Cook meals outdoors at large group campsites (cooking & camping equipment provided)

      Cater to dietary restrictions as needed

      Exude hospitality with clients while fostering a comfortable, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications and Education Requirements (minimum to apply)

      High school diploma

      18+ years of age

Preferred Skills

      Experience cooking for large groups (up to 50)

      Experience cooking in a professional kitchen

      Outdoor experience

Availability 

Must have full availability March 12-15

Compensation

Pay varies based on experience
